Curry Mallet Church of England Primary School is a small school situated approximately 6 miles from the towns of Taunton and Langport.  The school was opened in 1857 which means that we have recently had our 150th birthday!

 

The school is organised into three classes. These are currently comprised of:

 

• Class 1 - Reception and Year 1
• Class 2 - Year 2, Year 3 and Year 4
• Class 3 - Year 5 and Year 6

 

Despite being nearly one hundred and fifty years old, we have very up to date facilities.  We have Interactive Whiteboards and networked computers in every classroom, as well as a new hall.  We also have a superb outdoor environment as you can see from the pictures below:

Health School Status 2007 - 2010 The National Healthy Schools Programme is an exciting long term initiative that helps young people and their schools to be healthy. Healthy Schools help children and young people to reach their potential by building on a solid foundation of health to do better in learning and in life. The Programme isn’t just about physical health, it’s about good health and happiness inside and out.
